You’re in luck! We are uber busy with lots of exciting projects and we need your help. Here’s what we need:

Graphic Designer: Junior to Intermediate

We’re looking for a freelance/contract graphic designer to assist us with some regular weekly items as well as other miscellaneous creative tasks. This job can guarantee a minimum of 5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Be proficient in Adobe CS5 (or 5) – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Be proficient in prepping files for prepress
  • Be proficient in designing for the web (user interfaces)
  • Be savvy of Social Media, specifically Facebook and Twitter
  • Be willing to do the grunt work! eg: Production design
  • Be available Mon-Fri during regular business hours for client communication and deadlines.
  • Be able to take direction from managers and peers
  • Work independently and as a team
  • Work well under extreme pressure and tight deadlines
  • Hold a professional attitude when dealing with clients
  • Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills

The following criteria would be an asset (but not a requirement):

  • Knowledge of WordPress CMS
  • Creative writing / copywriting skills
  • Light knowledge of HTML/CSS/Jacascript/JQuery
  • Marketing experience

Hourly compensation ranges between $18-$30/hr based on experience.

Web Developer: Word Press

We’re looking for a freelance/contract web developer with WordPress knowledge to assist us some existing and upcoming contracts.

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a thorough knowledge of Word Press
  • Be able to develop a “non Word Press” website
  • Be proficient in HTML/HTML5, Javascript, CSS, JQuery etc
  • Be savvy of Social Media, specifically Facebook and Twitter
  • Be willing to do the grunt work
  • Be available Mon-Fri during regular business hours for client communication and deadlines.
  • Be able to take direction from managers and peers
  • Work independently and as a team
